Reset Your Password

Your user ID and password provides access to your Seattle University email account, campus wireless network, SU Online, campus lab and library computers, and other University supported technology. University account passwords must be at least 8 characters, different from your previous six passwords, and must be changed at least every 90 days.

By connecting to the Seattle University network you agree to abide by Seattle University’s Computer Acceptable Use Policy. It can be read online at: http://www.seattleu.edu/policies

Current SeattleU Student, Staff, Faculty

Existing Seattle University Students, Staff, and Faculty can reset @seattleu.edu user ID passwords using Seattle University’s Microsoft Password Reset tool:

New Students

New students and other Seattle University account holders can reset their user ID passwords using the pwreset change password tool:

https://pwreset.seattleu.edu/change.aspx.

If you receive the error message that your identity cannot be verified, please confirm that you do not have Caps Lock turned on and that there are no typos in the information that you have typed in. If this does not work, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 206-296-2000 to confirm that the right information is in our systems. If you are an international student and have difficulty with the form, please contact the International Student Center at 206-296-6260.

Please remember that Information Technology Services will never ask for your password or social security number. To protect your information, do not email your password or social security number. For the security of your personal information, Information Technology Services cannot reset passwords over email.
