Reset Your Password

Your user ID and password provides access to your Seattle University email account, campus wireless network, SU Online, campus lab and library computers, and other University supported technology. University account passwords must be at least 12 characters, different from your previous six passwords.

If you receive the error message that your identity cannot be verified, please confirm that you do not have Caps Lock turned on and that there are no typos in the information that you have typed in.

Please remember that Information Technology Services will never ask for your password or social security number. To protect your information, do not email your password or social security number.
